Alpha & Beta HPC
   Alpha and Beta are both located in Ponta Grossa State University. The both HPC systems are develoed by SGI.
 

Alpha specifications
•      CentOS Linux SUSEserver 11.0
•      Five nods, each one with 2 quad-core Intel  CPUs
•      120 GB of RAM
•      6 TB of data storage capability.
 


Beta specifications
•        CentOS Linux SUSEserver 11.0
•        Six nods, five nods each one with two Intel Xeon E5 -2660-v3 CPUs and one nod with  Intel Xeon E5-2620-v3 (Resulting on 116 processors)
•        2 board NVIDIA Tesla K40m
•        448 GB of RAM
•        66 TB of data storage capability
GSQ Cluster
   This is the GSQ private cluster located at GSQ Labs in Ponta Grossa State University. Currently, it is composed by seventeen computers: five AMD octa-core computers (rhino, hippo, alpha, beta and gamma); two AMD hexa-core computers (elephant and enterprise); one i7 computer  (jaguar); one Intel dual-core computer (Reliant), ten AMD quad-core computers (wolverine, giraffe, ant, wolf, bear, hyena, lion, armadillo, seal, whale, crow).

•        102 CPUs
•        220 GB of RAM
•        14 TB of data storage capability.
